Welcome to Mischief & Memories. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

Mischief & Memories creates handmade and personalised items, including candles, artificial flower arrangements, memorial items and other crafted products.

Because our products are handmade, each item may have slight variations in colour, finish, placement and appearance. These small differences are part of what makes each item unique.

2. Orders

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed with us.

For personalised or made-to-order items, please check all names, dates, spellings and other details carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

3. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you.

Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Where a personalised item is faulty or we have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

4. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment method agreed at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right not to begin work on an order until payment, or any agreed deposit, has been received.

5. Delivery & Collection

Any estimated delivery or collection date given is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

We will do our best to complete and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem and photographs where appropriate.

Returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Because personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for an individual customer, they may be exempt from cancellation rights in certain circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. Candles & Safety

Candles must always be used responsibly and in accordance with any safety instructions supplied with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains and other flammable materials.

Mischief & Memories cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to use a product appropriately.

8. Memorial Items

Memorial products are created with care and respect.

Colours, flowers, materials and other elements may vary slightly from photographs or examples due to availability. Where necessary, we may substitute materials with a suitable alternative of a similar quality and appearance.

9. Product Photographs

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, logos, wording and other original content belonging to Mischief & Memories remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

You may not copy, reproduce or use our designs, photographs or branding for commercial purposes without our permission.

11. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not always be possible, particularly once work has started.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

12. Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, required materials are unavailable, or there is a genuine issue with the order.

If payment has already been made and we cancel your order, any refund due will be arranged promptly.

13. Privacy

Any personal information provided when placing an order will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection and privacy laws.

We will only use your information where reasonably necessary to process your order, communicate with you and provide our services.

14. Agreement

By placing an order with Mischief & Memories, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
